Further information about the Comprehensive Webmail System1st May 2009 Logging InLog in with your email address e.g. info@yourcompany.co.uk and your mailbox password. NOTE: If you have more than one domain name pointing to your account (e.g. username.co.uk and username.com, you need to log in with your primary domain. If you are not sure which is your primary domain, log in to your control panel via the Your Account link in the Member Area menu. The primary domain is shown on the opening screen. Layout StylesIf you leave the Interface setting at the default (Advanced IE/FF), the layout style is similar to Outlook. The "Basic (Any browser) option is simpler. Composing and Forwarding MessagesIf you get an error message about the browser's pop-up blocker when attempting either to open a new message or forward a message, hold down the Control key (Ctrl) while you select New Message or Forward.. AttachmentsThere is currently a technical issue with adding attachments: 1. Using the Basic Interface - Documents cannot be successfully attached. 2. Using the Advanced (IE/FF) Interface - Intermittent fault. Sometimes the attachment is not included with the message. Before closing the "Message successfully sent" window, check that the message says "Message successfully sent | Email Contains Attachments". If it only says "Message successfully sent", the attachment will not have been included. This can be checked after the window has been closed by opening the Sent folder and checking that the message is marked as including an attachment. If you then open the message you will see the attachment. The safest and easiest way to send an attachment is to log in to the simple interface: - Log in to the simple Webmail interface - Remember to log in with the username in this format: account-mailbox We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
